Only populate MUCList with bookmarked rooms initially.

Description

This needs to be fixed for 3.4.4. Right now having jabber.org as your only bookmarked server will basically cripple sparkweb.

For conference servers like conference.jabber.org with a great number of rooms, this would eliminate the latency overhead in pulling down every room available.
