no way to disable transcript settings once set

Description

A client wants to stop sending fastpath transcripts. There is no way to do this as there is no delete/disable button, and the fields are required, so you cannot set the fields to empty. As a workaround, I will have the client delete the entries in the jlaworkgroupprop table directly.

Shoud you have switch on/off for the transcript.
