Add ability to kick MUC members from a chatroom from the web interface

Description

There's no way to kick a MUC member from a groupchat from the admin interface right now. Would come in handy!

In the future, I'd like for the server admins to be able to kick no-matter-what, but for now, we'll leave it so that you can't kick moderators.
