Norman – yes, we do plan on adding PEP. It's not quite as technically easy as it might sound, but we can also leverage the vast majority of the pubsub work to make it happen.

Any chance of extending this to support JEP-0163? Basically it just requires that you can store pubsub data on a user's jid instead of on a seperate component jid.
