Members of public shared groups are not getting their rosters updated when a new user is created in the system
Description
1) Create usera and userb 2) Create new public shared group with usera and userb as members 3) Log in as usera and userb 4) Create new userc 5) usera and userb should have a roster item with presence subscription of type FROM in their rosters 6) log in as userc 7) userc should see usera and userb online 8) log out and log in usera 9) userc should see the changes in the presence of usera

When using LDAP this problem will also exist until Wildfire implements some mechanism that monitors LDAP and detects changes in the user base (and also in groups) and trigger events accordingly.
1) Create usera and userb
2) Create new public shared group with usera and userb as members
3) Log in as usera and userb
4) Create new userc
5) usera and userb should have a roster item with presence subscription of type FROM in their rosters
6) log in as userc
7) userc should see usera and userb online
8) log out and log in usera
9) userc should see the changes in the presence of usera
