Added support for chat and email options in contact tooltips.

Description

It has been requested to be able to quickly chat or email a user from their contact tooltip.

it seems that this feature has dissapeared in 2.5.0, though i did saw that buttons in the tooltip with 2.5.0 Beta 4

cant say i miss it much, not really useful
