Ctrl-x and cut now work correctly in send area.

Description

As reported in the forums, ctrl-x was not working.

Testing Procedure
. Start a chat conversation
. In the Send area write a text, select it and push CTRL-X
Result: The text must be erased. Go to a Notepad and paste the cut text.
