Added notification in Jingle rooms when negotiating call.

Description

After accepting a jingle request, Spark looks like nothing is happening. We need to update the user that the connection is being established.

Testing Procedure

. User A calls user B.
. User B accepts the call
Result: User B notice that the call is established and can start talking each other.
