Two bugs in the SIP call history dialog:

1) The icon in the frame looks terrible. Is it a GIF anti-aliased against white instead of a PNG?
2) Caller ID information is totally missing. We should show both the phone number and caller ID whenever caller ID is available. Or, if the call was placed via a roster dial, we should show the relevant roster information and perhaps even let a chat be initiated? For example, I could see that someone tried to call me but then see they are online and decide to IM with them in reply instead.
