Add new Conference Invitation UI.

Description

The conference ui needs to be improved. Michael S. has done the new mockups which will be used.

Case 1 - Invitation in 1-on-1 Chat Session
QA: OK
Case 2 - Invitation outside of 1on1, be it person, server, or whatnot.
QA: Chat windows and the roster are NOT greyed out to indicate that they are unusable.
Drag and Drop
QA: did not work
Invite Button
QA: there are no button, there is a menu option
Room Broadcasts
QA: multiple user invitation is not displayed as requested
QA: Status messages are not grey (777777)
