Mute does not work

Description

When you are talking with someone and push mute, other people still hear you.

How to reproduce the error:
1- Start a voice conversation.
2- Press mute
3- Keep talking
4- The other user will hear you

Mute implemented in Jingle API.

The issue was that the UI had the button, but the API didn't support it, until now.

Mute Implemented for Smack Jingle API.
