Clicking on a user's avatar, then view full profile brings up "edit profile information"

Description

If you click on a contact's avatar, then view full profile, the profile has "Edit Profile Information" at the top of page, the fields look like they are editable, although the are not.

Reproduce:

  1. Click on a contact's avatar

  2. Select view full profile

  3. Verify the profile does not appear to contain editable fields, nor say "Edit Profile Information"
