Copy Image capture and send functionality is broken on Linux

Description

On Debian, the copy Image capture and send functionality does not work. If the functionality is not available for Linux, the button should be removed.

How to reproduce:

Start a chat in spark
Push the button "copy Image capture and send ..."
Result: Spark goes to the background but nothing else happened.

Resolved using non-full screen mode.
