SparkPhone is opening 2 Phone Panel after several registration fails and many disconnections

Description

After several disconnections from XMPP Server and reconnections, if SparkPhone is running, 2 instances of Phone Panel will appear.

I made 2 disconnections and reconnections and I got one field and one "Starting". Attached is the screen.
