Servlet for migrating Blowfish-encrypted properties from SHA1 to PBKDF2 key derivation. Provides admin console UI for safely re-encrypting all Blowfish-encrypted properties with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA512 derived keys, replacing legacy SHA1 key derivation.
