Client sessions for failed cluster nodes are not being cleaned up properly

Review the cluster member join/leave event handlers to ensure client sessions are being cleaned up properly.

I have updated the plugins page http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/openfire/plugins.jsp , I am unsure why the hazelcast name and description are not showing.

Update plugin version to 1.2.2; will need to be rebuilt and updated on the Openfire plugins page.
