Use some form of "reconnection logic"

Description

Basically, instead of having 3 attempts at 10 second intervals, use some logic so that after those attempts to increase the time each to by lets say 20 minutes for argument sake.

Please review the open issues and familiarize yourself with the code.

I don't mind silent reconnect, though this ticket doesn't mention it. Just a correction. Spark is not doing just 3 attempts. It tries to reconnect forever. I don't see something very wrong with 10 seconds interval as my server is restarting maybe 3-5 minutes and e.g. Exodus client is taking too long to reconnect as it creates too big intervals to try to reconnect. In corporate environment intervals should stay in 15-20 seconds i think. Employees should be online as soon as possible if server restarts.

Should be really done in 2.6.1 as it is a real nuisance in a corporate environment.

At least we should go to a silent "reconnect" instead of the slap in the face that Spark is doing now to the user....
