Release Blocker: Nightly build is not compiling the plugins

Description

http://issues.igniterealtime.org/browse/SPARK-1226 was caused by an incomplete nightly build. It can not be observed with a complete fresh build from Eclipse.

The Build script needs to be review and corrected.

Until then, a plugin developer has to take special care that any plugin change will be uploaded to the SVN for the nightly builds.
