When a user receive a subscription from another user, the dialog is neither shown in the taskbar nor its flashing. Also the size of the dialog is too small so the user will probably dont see the dialog.
The dialog will only appear int he taskbar, if its clicked once.

Subscriptiondialog is now minimized and flashing when received.
