Add options to default.properties to use hostname or version as resource
Description
Some admins may want to force usage of hostname or version as a resource on their network, so these options could be added to default.properties file.

Added two options into default.properties (for using hostname or version as a resource). Both are set to false by default. If one is set to true, then this option is used and user settings are hidden. If both are set to true.. well, the hostname will be used and user settings will be visible but won't make difference. Same if you select hostname and version checkboxes at once, only the hostname one will be used
