Toast popups are not shown for group chat messages

Toast popups are not shown for group chat messages anymore. Possibly a side effect/regression after adding Offline/Online toast popup customization in 2.7.3. Works ok in 2.7.2.

Removed code which was getting an icon for a toast popup out of presence manager and left the old variant of getting it from a room tab. Group chat popup shows a chat message icon instead of presence icon, so it couldn't show a popup as there were no presence to get icon from, i guess.
