RPM build fails after Smack library update

RPM build fails in Bamboo after Smack library files have been updated.

Although we have reverted the Smack 3.4.0 merge, i have added back smackx-workgroup.jar so it won't break RPM build again when we finally update Smack.

I have just merged a PR and RPM build was ok on the first run. Maybe it is fixed already?

Main issues fixed by adding smackx-worgroups.jar into RPM spec file https://github.com/igniterealtime/Spark/commit/d7e7d8917b9f253470155b2366a5f3ff395d4621
Btw, Spark wasn't building until smackx-workgroups.jar has been added into the mix (with fastpath build errors) when updating Smack libraries.

There is still an issue that initial build will fail. Daryl will take a look at this later.
