Windows installer is including linux lib folder

Description

It looks like the windows installer is including the linux64 lib folder, and should probably be excluded.

Actually this goes to even older versions. 2.6.3 does that too (as well as linux versions including windows libraries). Openfire windows installer puts some linux scripts into its bin folder also. Maybe that's the nature of being a multi-platform application
