Roar plugins doesn't work on Mac OS X

Description

Looks like Roar is not working on Mac OS X.

Environment

Spark Version 2.7.5 (391 - Mac build) on OS X 10.10.5

mac os type was missing in plugin.xml, and there for was being ignored by spark. added os type.
