 Description

It looks like flashing is broken again, this time only on 64-bit system (probably both Vista and Win7). It is not flashing when new message appears. Works fine on Win7 32-bit. Probably 64-bit dll needs to be recompiled or something.

I have just experience this issue. using version 2.6.3 on Win 7 64-bit sending message to user on same setup. I can bring up the chat window and send a message to the user but they receive no notification or no chat window. The user also is not able to open a chat window to me but is to other users.

I think this problem is resolved. I recompiled using Java 7 sources and it is linked from the associated forum.

please review and apply to internal SVN and igniterealtime SVN.

I was able to reproduce this using JDK 1.6, update 29 only on Windows 7, 64 bit. Works fine with Java 7

So this issue would be resolved in 2.7 if we pack with jre7?

IMO, yes...
