 Description   

Steps to reproduce:
1.Log into Spark and the server address textfield put the IP address of the server
2.Click on the menu : Spark->Preferences->Privacy plugins
It displays a message"Privacy lists are not supported by user".

Note: But if we log into Spark with the server name (like example.server.com for instance), can access privacy plugins.
